"Hotdish is a Minnesotan term for casserole. Hotdish to Die For is a short story collection of culinary mysteries based upon casseroles being used as lethal weapons. This is a fun book with deadly humorous stories (pun intended). The author is both a writer and a standup comic. The reading is easy and enjoyable. Included in the back are 18 hotdish recipes, but these won't kill you. We rated this collection four hearts." Midwest Book Review
